This website is run by NO33 Ltd (Reg. Co. No. 13285457), the company behind the No33 cafés at 33 Exchange Street and Chapelfield Gardens, Norwich. For anything about your data, email hello@no33cafe.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Cake orders and Click & Collect. Name, contact details and your order, so we can bake it and hand it to the right person.

Table bookings. Name, contact details, party size and time, so we can hold your table.

Messages. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as it takes to help you.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies needed for ordering to work, plus basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the café run: our payment providers, our booking system and our email provider. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Order and booking records are kept as long as accounting rules require; correspondence is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@no33cafe.co.uk. If you are not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
