Front of house, kitchen and bakery roles across both Norwich cafés, plus a full opening team for our new Cambridge café on Sidney Street, opening this November. If you share our passion for brunch, coffee, and cake, we’d like to meet you.
The roles
Where you’d fit
Front of house
Waiting and barista roles: the welcome, the floor and the coffee machine. Busy rooms, regular faces and a queue that keeps you on your toes.
Kitchen
Chef and kitchen porter roles. Brunch service done properly, with local produce and a menu we genuinely love eating.
Bakery
Baker and pastry roles. Cakes, buns and traybakes for our counters and the cake order book, baked fresh every day.
Opening November
Now hiring in Cambridge
We open at 35 Sidney Street, Cambridge this November and we’re building the whole opening team: baristas, waiting staff, chefs, kitchen porters and bakers. Join a café that’s been queue-worthy in Norwich since 2006, right at the start of its Cambridge chapter.
